These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of English tutoring services by ANGELA

GUNNER TUTOR ("we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in our tutoring services, you ("the

student" or "the parent/guardian" if the student is under 18) agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided

• We provide group English tutoring sessions for GCSE students.

• Sessions are conducted online or in person, as agreed upon at the time of booking.

• Lessons are tailored to meet the student's individual learning needs.

3. Booking & Payments

• Sessions must be booked in advance via the contact form on the website.

• Payment must be made in advance via bank transfer when availability has been

confirmed via email.

• Late or missed payments may result in suspension of tutoring services.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations are non-refundable – should the student be absent they will be sent the

recorded session.

• If the tutor needs to cancel, a rescheduled session or refund will be offered.

5. Student Conduct

• Students are expected to be punctual, prepared, and engaged during sessions.

• Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in termination of tuition without a refund.

6. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

• For students under 18, a parent/guardian must ensure that the student attends

sessions as scheduled.

• Parents/guardians should provide a suitable learning environment for online

sessions.

7. Online Tutoring & Safeguarding

• Online sessions must take place in a safe, appropriate environment.

• No personal contact details should be exchanged outside of official communication

channels.

• We follow safeguarding guidelines in compliance with UK regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We strive to provide high-quality tutoring but cannot guarantee specific academic

results.

• We are not liable for any technical issues that arise during online tutoring sessions.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

• Personal data is collected and stored securely in compliance with UK GDPR

regulations.

• We do not share personal data with third parties without consent.

10. Amendments to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be

communicated via our website.
